Easiest and The Best Homemade Artisan Pizza dough




Ingredients

Bread Flour        300g
Salt                     1/2tsp            
Yeast                   1/2tsp
Water                  150g

Procedure

1. Combine water and salt, mix well.
2. Add 100g of flour, mix well then add 1/2tsp of yeast. Mix well until smooth.
3. Add the remaining 200g of flour, mix and knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Rest for about 2 hours.
5. After resting divide into three portions, shape into ball then rest and put it in a closed container. Rest for 24 hrs.
7. After 24 hrs you can use now the dough to make pizza.
