Tuna Criss Cross Bun


Ingredients

FOR DOUGH

Bread Flour            350g

Sugar                      50g

Salt                          1/2tsp

Bread Improver       1Tbsp(optional)

Yeast                        1Tsp

Water                        180g

Butter                        50g

Egg                            1pc(for egg wash)    

FOR FILLING

Tuna in Can

Mayonnaise

Onion

Salt and pepper.

FOR TOPPINGS

Water 

Flour


PROCEDURE

1. For filling combine all ingredients mix well, set aside

2. For topping mix all ingredients until smooth and free from lumps.

FOR DOUGH.

1. Combine all dry Ingredients. Mix well
2. Add Water, Mix until it form a dough
3. Add Butter. Knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Rest and cover until double in size.
5. After resting, portion into desired weight.
6. Shape into ball then rest and cover until double in size.
7. After resting, flatten dough then put tuna filling. Close and shape into triangle, rest until double in size.
8. After resting brush with eggwash and let it dry then put flour water mixture toppings into cross or crisscross.
9. Bake at 170c for 12-15 minutes until cook.
