FOR DOUGH

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR       600g (4 1/4 cup )
SUGAR                                100g  (10 Tbsp )
BAKE BEST IMPROVER     6g    (2 tsp )
YEAST                                  6g
SALT                                     12g ( 2 tsp )              
EGG YOLK                            3pcs
MILK                                    120g (1/2 cup )
BUTTER                               50g ( 3Tbsp )

FOR BUTTERCREAM
BUTTER  ( ROOM TEMP )                     220g
CHILLED CONDENSED MILK              220g

PROCEDURE

FOR BUTTERCREAM
1. Beat buttercream in high speed until it lightens.
2. Add chilled condensed milk.  Beat until stiff peak.

FOR DOUGH 

1. In a large bowl combine all purpose flour, sugar, bread improver, yeast and salt. Mix well.
2. Add milk and egg yolk, mix until you form a dough.
3. Add butter, knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Rest for an hour.
5. Portion dough into 100g each shape into ball then rest for 10 minutes.
6. Gently flatten dough into rectangulqr shape then roll from top toward the ends, make sure to lock it. Roll then shape like a stick. Then form into coil ( see video above )
7. Rest until double in size.
8. Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes. Let it cool.
9. Spread buttercream on top then garnish with cheese and sugar.
