Strawberry Cheese Ensaymada
Ingredients
Bread Flour 250g
All Purpose Flour 250g
Sugar 100g
Salt 1/2tsp
Yeast 1/2tbsp
Eggyolk 5pcs
Water 150g
Food Color ( Red)
Butter 50g
Food Color ( Red)
Butter 50g
Toppings
Condesed Milk 220g
Butter 220g
Cheese
Fillings
Strawberry Jam 300g
Procedure

For Dough
1. Combine all dry ingredients, Mix well.
2. All all wet ingredients except butter, mix well until you form a dough.
3. Add butter then mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest until double in size.
4. Portion dough into 100g each, shape like a ball then rest for 10 minutes.
5. After resting gently flatten the dough then add strawberry jam filling (30g each) then lock tightly the bottom part of dough.
6. Put it in a well greased Ensaymada Molder. Rest and cover until double in size.
7. After resting bake at pre heated 170c oven for 12 minutes. Let it cool.
8. Add buttercream genourously on top then add cheese.
