Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

 

Ingredients

All purpose flour               3 1/3 cup

Baking soda                       1 1/4 tsp

Salt                                     1 1/4 tsp

Butter                                 260g

Eggs                                    3pcs

Brown Sugar                       1Cup

White Sugar                        1Cup

Dark Chocolate Chip          3Cups

White Chocolate Chip        1Cup

Procedure

1. Combine Butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Cream until smooth.

2. Add eggs, mix well.

3. Add Flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well until well combine.

4. Fold in white and dark chocolate chips. 

5. Transfer into  air tight container and rest overnight.

6. Weigh each dough into 30 grams each or you can use an ice cream scooper and put it in a well greased pan.

7. Bake at preheated 170c oven for 12 minutes.
