Pan De Coco Recipe

 


Ingredients

For Filling

Grated Coconut        3Cups
Powdered Milk         1 1/2 Cups
Sugar                         1 1/2Cups
Eggs                          2Eggs


For Dough

Bread Flour              3Cups
Sugar                        1/2Cp
Salt                           1Tsp                  
Yeast                        1/2tbsp
Water                       1 1/4Cup
Butter                       4Tbsp

Procedure

For filling

Combine all ingredients, mix well until well combine. Put it in a fridge.

For Dough

1. Combine all dry ingredients mix well.
2. Add in water then mix until you form a dough.
3. Add butter mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest until double in size.
4. After resting portion dough into 60g each, shape like a ball then rest for 10 mins.
5. After resting gently flatten the dough, add 30g filling. then rest and cover until double in size.
6. After proofing brush with eggwash, sprinkle with dessicated coconut and sugar, bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes.
