Spanish Bread Recipe
Ingredients
Bread flour 4Cups
sugar 1/2Cup
salt 1tsp
yeast 1tbsp
butter 1/4cup
water 2 cups
sugar 1/2Cup
salt 1tsp
yeast 1tbsp
butter 1/4cup
water 2 cups
Fillings
Margarine 1cup
Bread Crumbs 1cup
Salt 1tsp
Brown Sugar 1Cup
Procedure
For Filling
1. Combine all ingredients, mix well then set aside.
For Dough
1. Combine flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
2. Add in milk, mix until you form a dough.
3. Add butter, mix and knead until ssmooth and elastic. Rest and cover until double in size.
4. Portion each dough into 50g each. Shape like a ball then rest and cover for 10 minutes.
5. Roll and shape the dough into rectangular shape then add filling, roll the dough towards the end, then roll in bread crumbs.
6. Rest and cover until double in size.
7. Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes.
