CORN MUFFIN KENNY ROGERS STYLE
Ingredients
Butter 120g
Sugar 80g
Eggs 2eggs
Honey 1/4cup
Milk 1/4cup
Corn Kernel 250g
All Purpose Flour 250g
Baking powder 2tsp Baking Powder
PROCEDURE
1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth
1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth
2. Add eggs,honey and milk mix until well combine
3. Add corn kernel and mix until well combine
4. Add All Purpose Flour and baking powder, mix until batter become smooth.
5. Transfer into well greased muffin pan then add kernel for toppings.
6. Bake at 180c for 15-20 minutes.
