MOJACKO DONUT RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
All Purpose Flour 250g
Bread Flour 250g
Sugar 1/2cup
Salt 1/2tsp
Yeast 1/2tbsp
Powdered Milk 1/4cup
Water 1 1/2cup
Butter 1/4cup
Bread Flour 250g
Sugar 1/2cup
Salt 1/2tsp
Yeast 1/2tbsp
Powdered Milk 1/4cup
Water 1 1/2cup
Butter 1/4cup
COATING
Powdered Sugar 1Cup
Powdered Milk 1/4cup
Combine all ingredients, mix well then set aside.
FILLING
Chopped chocolate 250g
All Purpose Cream 250g
Simmer cream then pour into chopped chocolate, mix well until smooth then set aside
PROCEDURE FOR DOUGH
1. In a mixer combine all purpose flour, bread flour, sugar, salt, yeast and powdered milk.
2. Add water and mix until you form a dough.
3. Add butter until smooth and elastic.
4. Rest and cover until double in size.
5. Portion each dough into 30g each shape into ball then rest and cover until double in size.
6. After resting fry donuts and let i cool.
7. Make a hole in the middle then add chocolate ganache.
8. Then coat with powdered milk mixture
