Chocolate Whole Wheat Cookies


Ingredients

San Miguel Wholewheat Flour (Fine)        2Cups
San Miguel Wholewheat Flour (corse)       2Cups
Dark brown Sugar  1Cup
White Sugar        1Cup
Butter     1Cup
Large Eggs    3pcs
Cocoa Powder 1/2 Cup
Baking Soda     1tsp
Salt    1tsp
Chocolate Chips (optional)

Procedure
1. In a bowl combine butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix until creamy(creaming method)
2. Add eggs mix until well combine.
3. Add in Wholewheat fine four, wholewheat corse flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
4. Mix well until smooth and no presence of flour.
5. Weigh each cookie dough into 100g each or depends on your preferences. Then rest and cover in air tight container or wrap with clingwrap for overnight.
6. After resting place in a well greased pan and put chocolate chips on top.
7. Bake at pre heated oven 170c for 12-15 minutes or until done.
