Coffee Bun with Chocolate Fudge Filling


Ingredients

For Toppings

All purpose Flour    150g
Sugar                       100g
Butter                      150g
Eggs                         2 Large
Coffe powder           2Tbsp

For Filling

All purpose flour        70g
Powdered Sugar        200g
Cocoa powder            50g
Coffe powder            1tbsp
Milk                            420ml
Butter                             60g

For Dough

Bread Flour            500g
Sugar                      100g
Salt                         1tsp
Yeast                      1tsp
Water                     200-250g
Butter                    50g

PROCEDURE

For toppings

1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
2. add in eggs and coffee powder mix until well combine
3. add in flour mix until no presence of flour. Set aside.

For fillings

1. In a sauce pan combine cocoa power, coffee powder, powdered sugar and all purpose flour. Sift and mix.
2. Add milk then mix well until well combine. 
3. Simmer in a medium heat. Continue stirring until mixture became thick.
4. Let it cool and set aside.

For dough

1. Combine all dry ingredients and mix.
2. Add water then mix until you form a dough.
3. Add butter then mix and knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Reast and cover until double in size.
5. After resting portion each dough into 50g each. Shape into ball then put it in a well greased pan, rest and cover until double in size.
6. After resting using piping bag fiill in with toppings then put on top of dough in circular motion until half of dough are cover ang sprinkle with sugar
7. Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes.
8. After baking let it cool then make a hole on side of bread.
9. Using piping bag fill in with fillings then pipe on bread.
