Milky Cheesey Bibingka


Ingredients
1Kg Bake Best bibingka mix 540g Water Toppings
Cheese Salted Egg Grated coconut Butter

Banana leaves PROCEDURE 

1. Cut banana leaves that will fit in your muffin pan and set aside.

2. Combine bake best bibingka mix and water, mix well until smooth and no lumps.

3. Pour in a muffin pan then add salted eggs as toppings.

4. Bake at 200c for 10 minutes. Brush with butter and let it cool.

5. Add cheese, grated coconut and condensed milk as toppings.
