RED VELVET COOKIE CUPS WITH CREAM CHEESE FILLING


Ingredients
1kg Cookie Bar Bake Best Premix
1/4 Cocoa
1Cup oil
1Cup Condensed Milk
8tbsp Water
Red Food Color

Filling
Cream Cheese (30g each )

Toppings 
White chocolate


Procedure

1. Combine bake best premixe, cocoa, oil, condesed milk,water and food color, Mix well.

2. Add 30g each of cookie batter in muffin pan, gently flatten then add 30g cream cheese and another 30g cookie batter on top gently flatten then add white chocolate toppings.

3. Bake at 170c for 30-35 minutes.
