Monay Recipe
Ingredients
Bread flour 4Cups
sugar 1/2Cup
salt 1tsp
yeast 1tbsp
butter 1/4cup
water 1 1/2cup
sugar 1/2Cup
salt 1tsp
yeast 1tbsp
butter 1/4cup
water 1 1/2cup
Procedure
1. Combine bread flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Mix well.
2. Add water, mix and knead until you form a dough.
3. Add butter, mix and knead until smooth and elastic.
4. Rest and cover until double in size.
5. Portion each dough into 50g each, shape like a ball.
6. Put it in a well greased pan, arranging in six dough.
7. Rest and cover until double in size.
8. After resting bale at 180c for 12-15 minutes.
